The world we live in is constantly changing. For technical subjects, there's no one-size-fits-all recipe; it depends on the technology and type of work. For the so-called soft skills, doing the monthly Aubay eLearning University challenges helps a lot. The most important thing is not to stand still because time stands still.

At first, it was supposed to be just an Aubay Academy challenge to complete. However, as I browsed through the list of courses on offer, I became very interested in a number of relatively specific points that would help me a lot in my day-to-day R&D...

For me, learning is something natural that is present in every aspect of my life. Taking advantage of the fact that Aubay Portugal has an e-learning platform that is always available, it was very enriching to be able to use the various contents to improve and perfect my knowledge.

I'm a very curious person by nature, and that makes me always on the lookout for something new to learn. And I've found Aubay eLearning to be another tool that helps me on this journey.
